COMMISSIONED ARTWORK

A 50% non-returnable deposit is required at the time of your order, when you will also have been advised of the final price including delivery and a completion date. Payment can be made securely online via Paypal or by post (GB or euro cheques only). This ensures your painting will be added to my worklist and allows for preparatory work. A good quality scan of your painting will be emailed or posted to you on completion for approval, and the balance of payment must be sent before the original artwork will be shipped. I make every effort to make sure you are happy with the final painting, but if for any reason you are not, please notify me as soon as possible then return it undamaged in the original packaging within seven days for a refund less postage and deposit. If for any reason I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund. Any photographs supplied will be returned to you on completion of the painting.


ORIGINAL PAINTINGS

Full payment must be received before original artwork is shipped. Payment by installments is possible, please ask for details. Miniature paintings are supplied custom framed and ready to hang and all other artwork is supplied unframed. If for any reason you wish to return the painting, please notify us as soon as possible and return it undamaged in it's original packaging for a refund less postage.

If a painting is currently at the studio you can purchase direct from Tracy, but if not it may be with a gallery or at an exhibition in which case we will supply their details so that you can arrange the purchase with them.   

PRINTS AND CARDS

Full payment is required at the time of ordering, either securely online through Paypal or by cheque drawn on a GBP bank account in the post. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please notify us as soon as possible and you can return it undamaged in the original packaging for a refund less postage within seven days. Orders are usually despatched within 48 hours of payment clearing, with the exception of large prints which are custom orders and can take up to five weeks. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason or anticipate a delay, you will be notified immediately and the option to cancel with full refund offered.

COPYRIGHT

Artwork on this website is protected by international copyright law and no image may be used or copied for any commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written permission from the artist. I retain full rights, including copyright and reproduction rights, in all my artwork, commissioned or otherwise. This includes paintings completed from photos clients have supplied for that purpose. Artwork is commissioned for personal use only and may not be reproduced or used for financial gain without my written permission (full terms and conditions are supplied with your quote). Out of courtesy, I choose not make prints of or license privately commissioned pet portraits without asking my customer first. Original Artwork remains the property of Tracy Hall until payment is received in full.

DELIVERY
We can deliver worldwide. Original artwork is shipped with insurance and you will be advised of the cost before confirming your order. Prints, cards and books are shipped without insurance ; Proof of Posting is obtained but if you would like insurance added please ask for a quote. Delivery outside of the EU may be subject to import charges which are the responsibility of the customer and it is recommended that you check this with your local customs office before placing an order.
